As per the guide line of Central Government, an amendment is to be observed under Employees' State Insurance Act, 1948, that Employees drawing Salary (including all the allowances) Rs. 15,000/- or less per month are to be covered under the said Act, which was previously Rs. 10,000/- per month w.e.f May 01, 2010.
